I underwent a Robotic Myomectomy procedure at Ruby Hall Clinic for the removal of a large uterine fibroid (17.5 cm). I am very satisfied with the overall experience and care I received during my stay. Right from the nursing staff to the timely doctor visits, everything was well-coordinated. The food, room cleanliness, and overall patient hygiene were well maintained, and the discharge process was smooth and organized. Since this was my first surgery, I was naturally nervous, but the warmth and support of the nurses made me feel comfortable throughout. A hospital earns its name through teamwork and doctors who combine intelligence with humanity. Ruby Hall Clinic, near Pune Station, truly stands out as an excellent healthcare institution. I am Dr. Raghavendra, a general practitioner from Karnataka (Bidar/Gulbarga). My father-in-law, Dr. Rajendra Nitturkar, was admitted with a very critical cardiac condition due to severely calcified coronary vessels. At this difficult time, the cardiac team gave us hope and confidence. The interventional cardiology team led by Dr. Harshal Ingle, along with Dr. Rahul Nagada and their dedicated team, handled the case with exceptional skill and compassion, ultimately saving his life. Value prompt response & professional service offered to senior citizen. Though appointment rescheduled due to cycle race, road closed, today's experience was worth it OPD staff completed all formalities in no time . Explained all procedures. GPay facilities saved time . Dr. Sneha Tirpude was very polite & listened to my case history, prompt check up & X-ray blood test taken out there only. Medicine packet delivered in lobby. Awaiting follow up on Monday with reports. Surprised by truly world class care. At Canada we went through delay & horrible experience with known relatives.
